What we do
Valuation
Our team carry out valuations for a variety of purposes, including loan security, taxation, expert witness, matrimonial, stock taking, compulsory purchase and compensation. Our breadth of experience allows us to consider the full spectrum of properties.
Compulsory Purchase and Compensation Claims
Kivells have a wealth of experience dealing with compensation claims for work undertaken by South West Water, Gas Providers, National Grid and telecommunication providers. We also undertake claims in connection with new road schemes and other public works.
Countryside Stewardship and Grants
The Team can provide you with advice in relation to SFI claims, Water Capital Grants, Hedgerow & Boundary Feature Grants, Countryside Productivity Small Grant Schemes, Farming Equipment Technology Fund grants, and other grants which succeed these schemes from time to time, throughout the year.
Landlord and Tenant
Landlord and Tenant comprises a wide range of issues, from rent reviews, Tenant Right Valuations, provision of Farm Business Tenancy Agreements, Grazing Licences, Cropping Licences, plus dispute resolution and wider Landlord and Tenant advice.
Rural Planning
In conjunction with professional partners, we can manage and submit planning applications for new dwellings, farm buildings, equestrian facilities, conversions and diversification projects.

Kivells Professional Team provide advice and management to landowners on a
