Daniel has a passion for property sales and has done so all over the world for the last 18 years. A specialist in development opportunities alongside traditional estate agency, he joined Kivells in 2016 as Office Manager and was soon promoted to Area Manager in 2018 and to Director in July 2023. Honest, clear and constructive advice has seen Daniel become one of the most popular and relied upon specialists in the area.

Mark has been working in the property industry since 2017, with experience in both sales and residential lettings. After joining the Kivells team in 2021, Mark was promoted to Office Manager in July 2023. Growing up in Bude and now living in Holsworthy, Mark has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.

Jack joined the Kivells team in February 2022 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Sales Negotiator in November 2022 and soon after to a Valuer in July 2023. He hopes that his continued drive, growing knowledge and experience will see further progression throughout the company.

Sharron joined Kivells in 2015 as a sales negotiator for the Holsworthy Office. In 2020 Sharron took on the new role as sales progressor for both the Bude and Holsworthy Branches. Sharron is from a farming background and enjoys the rural way of life.

Nathan joined Kivells in June 2024, taking on the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator. Although new to the industry, Nathan has a great passion for learning and developing his skills in negotiation whilst offering excellent customer service in all aspects of the buying and selling process.

Samantha relocated to the area in 2019 from London and now enjoys exploring Cornwall with her partner and dog. Samantha is enjoying her career change, from cleaning to Kivells, and is looking forward to developing her industry knowledge and furthering her career within the company.

Jess joined the Kivells Team in 2018 and now manages our Launceston, Bude and Liskeard rented portfolio. She has achieved her Level 2 ARLA qualification and is currently working towards her Level 3, to further her knowledge of the industry. Jess is a landlord of her own properties, so knows the importance of finding the right tenant for her landlords.

Emily joined the Kivells team in April 2024 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator. Although new to the team, Emily is excited to be a part of the Lettings Team and strives to develop her skills in the industry.
