Daniel has a passion for property sales and has done so all over the world for the last 18 years. A specialist in development opportunities alongside traditional estate agency, he joined Kivells in 2016 as Office Manager and was soon promoted to Area Manager in 2018 and to Director in July 2023. Honest, clear and constructive advice has seen Daniel become one of the most popular and relied upon specialists in the area.

After joining Kivells in early 2014 as a Trainee, Sam quickly progressed to become one of the most trusted and professional agents in the county and was promoted to Director in July 2023. Sam has overseen the growth of the Liskeard Estate Agency Department, where property throughout the wider South East Cornwall region is dealt with. In addition, he has headed up the Property Auction Department, where Kivells are proudly now the most successful Property Auctioneers in Cornwall and Devon.

Mark has been working in the property industry since 2017, with experience in both sales and residential lettings. After joining the Kivells team in 2021, Mark was promoted to Office Manager in July 2023. Growing up in Bude and now living in Holsworthy, Mark has a wealth of knowledge of the local area.

Jack joined the Kivells team in February 2022 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Sales Negotiator in November 2022 and soon after to a Valuer in July 2023. He hopes that his continued drive, growing knowledge and experience will see further progression throughout the company.

Natalie joined Kivells in May 2021. She has over 8 years’ experience in estate agency and enjoys providing a great customer service for our vendors and buyers. Natalie is looking to develop her knowledge of the local area and progress within Kivells.

Claire joined Kivells Liskeard in 2017. Since joining the office as an administrator Claire has progressed to a sales negotiator where she enjoys the variety of roles and has become an integral part of Kivells sales team. Claire excels at customer service and regularly exceeds our clients expectations.

Nyah joined the Kivells team in November 2021 as a Trainee Lettings Administrator, transferring to our Liskeard office in July 2023, taking up the position of Administrator. Nyah was promoted to Sales Negotiator in Janaury 2024. Nyah prides herself on providing a high level of customer service and has successfully completed her level 2 ARLA and will soon be working towards the Level 3 NAEA. She is looking forward to developing her industry knowledge and progressing within Kivells.

Laura joined Kivells in December 2020 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator and was promoted to Sales Negotiator in December 2021 and to Senior Sales Negotiator in December 2023. Laura successfully passed her MNAEA qualification in April 2024. Laura has always been involved with agriculture as her family are farmers and she is also heavily involved with her local Young Farmers club.

Will joined the Kivells team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in July 2023. Will has a strong enthusiasm for the industry and a drive to develop his skills in negotiation.

Enya joined the Kivells team in 2024 as Bude and Holsworthy's Property Secretary. After graduating from the University of Exeter in 2014 with a BA in English and History, Enya worked in secretarial and paralegal roles in law firms for approximately 8 years, in Hampshire and Devon. Her experience in conveyancing and private client law assists her in her role here at Kivells.

Sam joined Kivells in February 2025 as a Sales Negotiator. Having worked in estate agency since leaving college, Sam has developed a strong passion for property and customer service. Coming from a family of property investors he has gained valuable insight into the industry from an early age. Sam takes great pride in helping clients achieve their property goals and is always eager to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
