Hallworthy Stockyard is situated in North Cornwall, just outside of Camelford on the edge of Bodmin Moor. 

Hallworthy is the largest livestock market in Cornwall with customers from throughout Cornwall and Devon attending our weekly Thursday market of Store Cattle, Stirks, Weaned Calves, Prime Sheep and Store Sheep seeing approximately 2000 head of stock per week going through the centre. 

The second Monday of every month we hold a TB restricted Cattle Sale. Regular season sales of Suckled Calves are held throughout the autumn and early part of the winter and Breeding Ewe and Ram sales are held every other week from the end of July through to the end of November. 

Gates open at 6am with our trained stockmen on hand to assist with loading and unloading at all times. On all market days our lorry and trailer wash area is open for our customer convenience adhering to all DEFRA’s current protocols and regulations on biosecurity. Our fieldsmen are on hand to give free on farm advise on marketing and values of your stock.
