Kivells’ 10th and final Collective Property Auction of year saw a range of lots go under the gavel at Lifton Strawberry Fields in Devon including; residential property, land and development opportunities, achieving £1,305,000 in sales, bringing the 2024 total to a phenomenal £17,236,500. 

4 Cannon Hill, a charming one-bedroom terraced house located in the heart of Liskeard, sold for £90,000 against a guide of £70,000. Beechcroft, a generous four-bedroom bungalow situated in 19.6 acres with range of outbuildings sold for £710,000, a whopping £210,000 about its guide. 4.028 acres of land in Widemouth Bay sold for £165,00 against a guide of £100,000. 

The auction room on the evening was full of bidders keen to secure their desired lots. 17.81 acres of land and buildings at Trebay, Altarnun sold for £255,000 against a guide of £165,000 and 1.88 acres of land at West Tosberry in Hartland, Bideford saw the gavel fall at £85,000, £49,000 above its guide.
