4.58 acres of land off Appledore Road in Northam, Bideford sold for £150,000 against a guide of £110,000, 51.19 acres of land at Cottage Farm, Jacobstow exceeded its guide of £325,000, seeing the hammer fall at £385,000, and 19.89 acres of land at Little Panson, St. Giles-on-the-Heath reached its guide of £175,000.
Sunny Bank, a four-bedroom detached farmhouse, set within a generous plot of 2.50 acres in Yeoford, Crediton, received high interest in the auction room selling for £385,000, £35,000 above its guide.
An excellent investment opportunity to acquire two spacious flats with tenants in situ on assured shorthold tenancy contracts generated strong interest in the run up to the auction. Guided at £200,000, 2 and 4 Crandford Close in Bridestow sold for £250,000.
Bulland Barn in St. Cleer, comprising two adjoining traditional stone barns with potential, subject to planning, sold for £60,000, £10,000 above its guide.
