We can now report the Rural Payments Agency have temporarily suspended the application window for Stand-alone Capital Grants due to a backlog of applications and alleged budgetary constraints. 

Approved Capital Grant agreements are still able to make their claims, therefore any clients undertaking capital work or about to embark upon capital work as part of an already approved agreement can continue, given the claim portal remains open. Any clients wanting to submit a capital claim should get in touch.

Please stay tuned for further announcements, as we will notify our clients when the application window reopens, and whether there are any new measures imposed at that juncture – such as an application cap. 

With a phenomenal uptake this year, and with no applications yet approved from our September, October or November submissions, we look forward to seeing the RPA work through their backlog and approving applications we have so far submitted.
