Description

The role: We are recruiting a full time office based Customer Support and Sales Progression role to support the estate agency team located in Bude. The role involves handling customer service enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis. 

The Candidate

The candidate: We are looking for someone who is presentable, has strong customer service and communication skills, a methodical nature and the ability to work under pressure. A positive and outgoing personality is a must. Applicants must be computer literate. Previous experience in a customer service role and/or in the property industry is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. 

Likely duties will include communicating efficiently with vendors, purchasers and solicitors for the transaction to progress smoothly, ensure the customer service experience is of the highest standard including problem solving and conflict soltion, diary management, utalising our database to accurately record information and general administration, filing, photocopying and mailing. Organisation and attention to detail is of the utmost importance.

Working Hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Part time maybe considered for the right candidate.
