If at first you don't succeed, try again! The sale of yard and buildings 

Having gone to Public Auction (which is usually our most successful method of sale) and not having met the reserve, our client asked us to continue marketing by Private Treaty, resulting in a successful post auction sale. 

Kivells Director Thomas Rattray commented, 'The farms and land team received a post auction call making an offer which was acceptable to our client and, with much of the legal work already drafted, we were able to move promptly to exchange and completion'
