| From Launceston direction Upon entering Holsworthy turn left immediately before the old Railway Arch into Underlane, the Auction Room will be found within 200 yards on the left-hand side. |

| From Bideford Travel straight through the town centre passing the Church on your left . Drop down the hill, under the Railway Arch & turn immediately right. Auction Room will be found within 200 yards on the left-hand side. |
