| Hallworthy Stockyard is the largest livestock centre in Cornwall and is situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor between Launceston and Camelford. |
| The site is privately owned and offers the opportunity to purchase both cattle and sheep from the very healthy and respected livestock area surrounding it. |
| Regular auctions of prime and store cattle plus sheep of approximately 2000 head per week take place on Fridays, whilst regular seasonal sales of suckled calves are held every Tuesday throughout a large part of the Autumn. As well as these traditional livestock auctions, monthly sales of poultry and periodic sales of machinery also take place. |
| Hallworthy has also become the principal equine venue with special horse and pony sales taking place throughout the year together with seasonal hill pony sales happening during the summer/autumn. |
